I just moved
out of a duplex and the landlord will not return the
security deposit. The rental contract states
that if I can show that there was no damage, I have
claim on the whole security deposit. I have
pictures from before I moved in and took more
pictures when I moved out. If anything, it is
in better condition after I moved out. I am
considering taking him to small claims court as the
deposit was $1200. Do I have a case?
