How are your leads generated?
Our
leads are generated using popular search engines
such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL. We
advertise using keyword combinations that people
with legal problems usually search. For
example, someone that is searching for "divorce
legal help" would come upon our webpage that
explains to them that we can help them find low cost
legal help in their own state. The person then
requests more information by entering their contact
details.

Are your leads fresh?
Once
a lead submits their contact information, the
information is immediately sent to our server.
Our server sends out new leads every 5 seconds.
Once the leads leave our server, they are in control
of your E-Mail system, so depending on how fast you
E-Mail system works and how often you check for
mail, you will receive your leads very shortly after
they are submitted.
3.
Are your leads exclusive?
Absolutely! Our leads are sent to only one
person. Our server logs every lead into a
database and checks every new lead against the
previous 3 months of leads submitted.
Therefore, if a lead resubmits their information a
few days later, the lead will be blocked from going
to a new person. There are instances where a
lead will submit their information twice differently
and the system will assume it is a unique lead
(computers are only so smart!!). In this case,
we will replace the lead.

How come on some days I receive more leads that
others?
We
advertise 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
People are more inclined to search on their legal
problems on some days more than others. Monday
thru Thursday are the highest lead flow days,
declining to Sunday. The lead flow also varies
depending on the time of day. Monday thru
Thursday are busiest during business hours whereas
Friday thru Sunday are busiest in the afternoons and
evenings. The hours and days that you elect to
receive leads will affect how many leads you receive
on a given day.

What is the best way to get the maximum number of
leads?
Set
your order to go 24 hours per day.
6.
Why are your leads less expensive than most other
lead services?
We
don't offer some of the "free" infrastructure that
other services do. We don't provide an
auto-responder, contact manager or training.
Most of our customers either have their own systems
or don't use one. By simplifying our product
offering to just high quality leads, you pocket
the savings.
7.
Do you have an auto-responder?
No.
We forward the lead to you in real-time and you take
it from there. For the reason why we don't
offer and auto-responder, please see number 6.
8.
I thought you said your leads are exclusive.
When I contact my leads, sometimes they say that
they have already been contacted by someone
regarding a Pre-Paid Legal Plan?
Our
lead are exclusive to our customers. There are
many lead services out there for a lead to submit
their information to. Sometimes a lead will
request information from multiple lead services.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
If this happens, let us know and we will check to
make sure that the lead has not been duplicated
within our system. If it has, we will gladly
replace it but usually it is because the lead
submitted multiple requests with different services.
