Bad Lead Policy

We understand that occasionally a lead will contain incomplete or incorrect information.   We will replace a lead under any of the following conditions:
 

• Disconnected or wrong telephone number.

• Already a member of Prepaid Legal.
   

• Under the age of 18

Should you encounter a lead that qualifies as a Bad Lead, simply forward the lead to:

• customer_service@prepaid-legal-leads.com

We will confirm the status of the lead and then add another lead to your order.
